Who I Am
My name is Ted Ottey and I’m currently studying at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute to complete a Co-Terminal Masters degree in Human-Computer Interaction with a concentration in Web Interface Design and Marketing.

My Background
I am a freelance eSports journalist and broadcast talent with experience as a tournament official.  I have traveled to various large and small eSports related events across three different countries.  I have worked for some of the largest eSports organizations in the business as well as small starting companies.  I have assumed every role from writer to senior editor, broadcast guest to broadcast talent, and tournament trainee to head tournament official. My current work is focused on designing large scale web interfaces for content publication and community development.
